Hey Mama!
I'm Lindsay. Catholic Christian, corporate leader, coach, mom, and certified crazy horse girl!
Once upon a time, I was pretty scared of having kids. I didn't see how I could reach my leadership potential and parent well. I was already so exhausted!
Then I became a mom (x 4!!). By the grace of God, I turned out to be good at parenting, AND I found that being a mom made me even BETTER at my work.
At the same time, I couldn't quite get the different pieces to fit together. I was good at handling these parts, but I couldn't quite say I enjoyed what felt like a balancing act.
I finally found how my true purpose as a leader and a mother were the same. Both aspects of my life came together behind the same mission. I finally felt fully myself in both places - no competition.
My calling is to help you do the same.
With 10 years of corporate leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, 12 years of academic and performance coaching, and 17 years of youth sports coaching, I know how to connect with kids, and I know what support high-achieving women need.
